Google’s much talk about messaging app Google Allo is finally here and it is already in the headlines because of its awesome features.
Google Allo looks a lot like WhatsApp and not hangouts which is actually a good thing. Allo does have more features than WhatsApp.
Jumping straight to the features of Google Allo -:
1) Google Assistant
It is a smart virtual assistant inbuilt inside the app just like Siri in iPhone & Cortana in Microsoft. Google Assistant looks like to have an edge over others as it can give results directly from the google search result. It is also backed by Google Deep Mind.
You will never get bored talking with Google Allo Assistant.

2) Smart Reply
Google Allo will allow you to respond to messages without typing a single word. Smart Reply learns over time and suggests responses to text and photos, in your style.
3) Auto Delete Messages
Set timer to auto delete messages.
4) Change Font Size
Say it louder or quieter by changing the size of your text with a quick swipe.
5) Stickers
Stickers in Google Allo are designed by independent artists and studios from around the world.
6) Incognito mode for better security.
7) Edit photos on the go while sending.

Google Duo
Along with Google Allo they also launched a second app which is Google Duo which will be used for video calls. Our team personally tried Duo and experience was not the best but it was good. When there is poor network the Duo call will automatically turn off the video and switch to only voice calling until you are in good network again. We hope that Google Duo will get better along the way.
For now, we can say that more features for Google Allo are bound to come.
