The hardest prison to escape is in your mind. Once you start practicing these mind hacks you can even escape the hardest prison. You can control your mind and also the other minds too.
Here are some of the easiest mind hacks that will help you come out on top without actually doing any extra work.
1) Find if He/She is interested in you
When a group of people breaks into laughter, people will instinctively look at the person or people they want to feel closest to. If you want to know if someone in the group finds you interesting or perhaps attractive, look to see if they laugh in your direction.
2) If person is really listening to you
Check out the direction a person’s feet are when they’re talking to you. If their feet are pointed toward you, they’re listening with all attention to what you have to say. If they’re pointed in another direction, they’re likely wanting to walk away from you.
3) Nail a Job Interview
Think of your interviewer as he/she is your old friend. That puts you in a better, more comfortable position. You’re more likely to take charge and your comfort will be noticed.
4) Make your first date memorable
On a first date, try taking your partner somewhere exciting like a theme park. They’ll associate memories of you with feeling thrilled.
5) Lose Weight
Break foods into smaller portions, and eat slower. This will trick the brain into feeling eating more than what actually are.
6) Be confident
Being confident is the master of all hacks. Most people can’t tell the difference between someone who’s a genius and someone who’s simply confident.
7) Save Yourself From Others Aggression
If you find yourself in a group meeting and you know for a fact you’re going to get chewed, out, sit next to the person who plans to do the chewing. By doing so, you in a way separate them from the pack and make them feel isolated. It might mitigate some of their aggression.
8) Be Happy
If you are gloomy and sad, a simple act of faking a smile will create feedback making the brain act like it’s happy just because a smile is linked to momentary joy. After a while, your brain will automatically sync with your smile and make you feel genuinely happy.
9) Hack Motion Sickness
Motion Sickness happens when your ears tell the brain that you are moving but your eyes are looking at something stationary thus telling the brain that you are stationary. This conflict usually results into motion sickness. Simply look out the window to tell your brain how you are moving or make an elaborate story describing this movement.
10) Brainwash Yourself

If you are a smoker and you want to quit, and your trigger is social anxiety, you can tell yourself, ‘I do not need to smoke because I do not feel anxiety while meeting acquaintances outside of work’. Your brain will believe this after a while and it’ll be much easier to hold off that cigarette. IF you tell yourself that something scares you, regardless of it being a real scare, you will believe it and get scared for no apparent reason, only because you are telling yourself that. Believe is the greatest hack of all
11) Make Someone Happy When They Meet You
If you make yourself extremely happy when you see someone, they’ll be much more likely to be extremely happy the next time they see you. Dogs do this to us all the time.
12) Being More Positive
Keep a set of best pictures of oneself, family and friends, etc. at hand, and look at them more often. This will trick the brain into believing that the best moments captured in the pictures are a norm, and feel more positive about one’s life.
13) Hack into the eye
When you meet someone, take note of their eye color when you’re first speaking with them. People will like you more because you’re looking them in their eyes instead of elsewhere. Even slightly increased eye contact betters your chances.
14) Get Respect
If you work in customer service, like as a clerk, put a large mirror behind you. If customers are able to see themselves in the reflection in the mirror, they are more likely to treat you with respect.
